The Chord Electronics Mojo 2 DAC and headphone amplifier is the second generation Mojo product. The original Mojo is the most successful DAC and headphone amplifier on the market and has been ever since it’s launch. Mojo 2 moves the performance on significantly and also provides extra functionality. The new Mojo 2 features 4 buttons compared to the 3 on the Mojo. A new menu button allows access to a range of new features made possible by the new super powerful DSP chip on board. These new features include lossless DSP equalisation functions which allows the user to tailor the sound to their taste.
The Chord Electronics Mojo 2 also features new connectivity making it more flexible than ever before. Mojo 2 is equipped with a USB-C connector making connection to the latest generation of Android phones much easier. Mojo 2 also features a new dual data coax connector. You can use this to connect the dual coax output of the Hugo M scaler as a digital input. This can feed the Mojo 2 with digital data right up to 768kHz
The Mojo has a bigger battery than Mojo 1. It also features improved battery management.
