Kudos Titan 505 2 way standmount isobaric loaded loudspeaker.
The Kudos Titan 505 is a large 2 way stand mount loudspeaker with stunning looks and sound. It comes complete with it’s own custom stands which fix to the speaker with a set of machine screws. The sides have distinctive angled panels that give the cabinets a very architectural feel. These panels are not just veneered but have inset solid wood ends which gives them a very luxurious feel. In fact every aspect of the Titan range oozes high end build quality from the cabinets, phase plugs, spikes and even the quality of the packaging
The Titan range differs from most conventional loudspeakers. They can be converted from passive operation to active use by simply removing a set of link bars on the rear. Active operation does require additional investment in electronics but the improvements of active operation are substantial.
For anyone out there looking for a stand mount speaker that can do scale, dynamics and slam but is also great on material that requires a delicate touch should put them on their shortlist. In fact I would say it should be at the very top of that shortlist. They are the best stand mount speaker we have heard.
