The Linn Majik LP12 is an iconic product. For over 40 years Linn have developed the LP12 into the product it is today. Each upgrade offers demonstrable improvements to the performance of the deck. It allows customers to incrementally improve the deck as and when they want to. This commitment to the product and the format and philosophy of upgradability follows through into the Linn product range in products such as Selekt and the other DSM products.
The Linn Majik LP12 is the entry point in the LP12 range. It is a full turntable package that includes the following components.
- Sondek LP12 turntable
- Karousel bearing
- Aluminium Sub-Chassis and Laminate Armboard
- Solid Aluminium Base Board
- Internal Majik LP12 power supply
- Krane tonearm
- Adikt moving magnet (MM) cartridge
- 45 rpm adaptor
- T-Kable Phono tonearm cable
This package includes everything you need to get an LP12 source up and running. Just add an amplifier and a pair of speakers. We recommend adding a Selekt or Majik DSM unit and a pair of Majik 140 loudspeakers.
The Linn Majik LP12 may be the first step on the ladder but offers exceptional performance and value for money. It is fully upgradeable to the Akurate or Klimax specification as and when that upgrade may be required. The plinth comes in a choice of different solid real hardwoods. Gloss RAL paint finishes are also available to order. Build quality as you would expect from a precision engineering company is spectacular throughout.
